Hot Spring Spas and Hot Tubs was founded in 1988 and we
are proud to be a family owned and operated small business,
employing nine, with a customer base of nearly 5,000 happy
and satisfied customers all over Anaheim, Orange County
and surround area.
Our
story began over 24 years ago when Larry Allan went shopping
for a hot tub and fell in love. Realizing that hot tubs are
terrific, and that everyone should have one, he decided to
open his own spa store and we been selling Hot Spring and
Caldera Spas ever since.
At
Coastal Hot Spring Spas, we don’t just want people to
purchase our products—we want them to discover all the
benefits of being part of the Coastal family. Larry retired
in 2003 and now his son Bill Allan (current owner and President)
strives to provide the best customer service with every interaction.
Bill's commitment to satisfy the customer developed naturally
under the positive influence and guidance of his father. Bill's
loyalty to the brand of Hot Spring Spas for all these many
years has given our customers a peace of mind that they are
purchasing a quality product. In fact, like cars, we have
forth generation Hot Spring Spa owners who trade in their
spa for a new one about every five years because they want
all the new bells and whistles.
Our friendly easy-going sales staff together
have 75 years experience in the spa industry. Their no-pressure
approach will make your visit a pleasant and educational
one, geared at helping you make the best decisions for you.
