Keep your spa fresh, clean, and ready to enjoy with our professional hot tub cleaning service. Our cleaning process is designed to help refresh your spa, protect key surfaces, and restart your water with basic balancing.

What’s Included

Our standard spa cleaning service includes:

• Disconnecting the power supply and draining old water from the spa
• Cleaning the spa shell and jets with Gel Gloss
• Cleaning the cabinetry and applying 303 Conditioner
• Cleaning the cover and applying 303 Conditioner
• Rinsing filter cartridges with a hose
• Refilling the spa with water using a portable water softener
• Adding chlorine to “super shock” the water
• Initial water care balancing for pH and alkalinity only

Important Service Notes

Service details may vary depending on the size and type of spa. While most standard hot tubs will be refilled during the cleaning appointment, larger spas, including swim spas, may not be completely refilled while our technician is on site.

Not Included

Cleaning services do not include:

• Staining or refinishing of real wood spas
• Adding chemicals other than chlorine, pH/Alkalinity Up, or pH/Alkalinity Down
• Full water care chemical treatment beyond the initial pH and alkalinity adjustment
• Repairs, replacement parts, or troubleshooting unless scheduled separately
