Purchasing Coordinator – Full-Time

Location: Coastal Spa & Patio, Anaheim, CA

Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour (based on experience)

 

About Us:

Coastal Spa and Patio is a dynamic retail business dedicated to providing high-quality hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, grills and patio furniture to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Coordinator to join our team! This role is essential in maintaining inventory, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the office.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate purchasing records.

✅ Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability.

✅ Coordinating with warehouse to receive and/or pick up product.

✅ Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and invoices.

✅ Assist with office administrative tasks and supporting sales and office team members as needed.


Qualifications:

✔️ Experience in purchasing, inventory, or administrative support (preferred but not required).

✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

✔️ Experience with inventory or purchasing software is a plus.

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
